It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. A 2 bed apartment just minutes walk from the coast. Sleeping 5 it has a bright & airy kitchen living room, it's own garden that benefits from all day sunshine and very close to award winning beaches. Four-legged friends welcome. In these current times my cleaners are exceeding guidelines for sanitising and the apartment is having a deep clean after every visit. The coastal path is only 5 minutes walk away with easy access to Durleston & walks along the coast westerly to Worth Matravers and Kimmeridge or easterly to Old Harry Rocks and Studland.
