The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.

Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for up to 2 people) which doubles as a sofa. There is also a small kitchen.
