The property is located 10 min drive from the city center, 5 min off the motorway and 5 minutes from the Southampton Airport. The proerty has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms have a king and double beds with wardrobes. We also have a single bed in living room which can be converted into a double bed when required. The kitchen has all the appliances required to cook a meal.

Note that this property has got the electric yale lock, which means we set the code to each guest for security reasons. We will send the door code to our guests on the day of their arrival after the previous guests have left.

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.
