There is access to a nice turn set starting from the cabin. It is a short way to Stranda city centre. There is also a short distance to Hellesylt and the start of the Geirangerfjord. Just a short distance there is to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. All the hiking opportunities in the Sunnmørs Alps are only a short car trip away.

Welcome to Brunstad, midway between Sunnmørsalpene! The apartment is a great starting point for mountain hiking both on foot in the summer/fall and in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour drive) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts will find just 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.
