An excellent base to explore both counties and near enough to the coast to explore some excellent east coast beaches. Set adjacent to the farmhouse on our smallholding, Rose Cottage is ideal for couples and families. For young families, various items are available such as cot and high chair . Dogs are very welcome and we have an area where they can enjoy some off lead exercise as well as a secure private garden. Outside features a south facing walled enclosed garden with bbq table and chairs and loungers where you can relax and enjoy the peace. Or you can walk down to our young woodland area where you can picnic,toast marshmallows over our fire pit ,let your dog run free or just enjoy a quiet stroll.

South Green Farm is a non working 3 acre farm set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are just a 3min drive to the village of Hoxne and 5min to the market town of Eye. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.
