It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A lovely house creatively decorated, 7 km away from the center of Ermoupoli. It has a splendid view to the bay of Fabrica. It is a five minute walk to a deserted beach and 15 minutes to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and a mini market.

The Mansion of Maroulia

An old neoclassical two-story house in the heart of Hermoupoli 100 meters from the port, with a rooftop terrace and an amazing view to the historic port of Syros. It was renovated in 2021. On the first floor it has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a seating area small with a library, a central living room with a traditional marble balcony, wc. On the second floor there are two bedrooms , a central bathroom and a terrace overlooking the harbor.
