The house/bungalow lies in a nice quiet area which is cool for walking around. You can go to the lake in 10 minutes. The beds were also nice. We were three people but six people could also be doable. Kitchen was well equipped. The place is close to a lot of nice sightseeing (In car). Can highly recommend this airbnb.

We spent a wonderful week in the little house, which is absolutely baby and dog friendly. We got everything we needed for the everyday life of a one-year-old baby (travel bed, high chair, baby bath, plastic bowls and glasses) and the kitchen is super well equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, I can only recommend it!

The accommodation is in a great location, Lake Balaton, shops, restaurants nearby. Eszter is very kind and helpful, thank you for everything!

Top accommodation! Everything neatly arranged and wonderful stay

Nora was extremely helpful while I was in Balatonmádi. I had my passport taken at the Budapest airport and Nora was my interpreter all the way. Her apartment was wonderful, very much like a comfortable home. It was 40°C the first day I was there but the apartment remained cool.

we had a great time. the flat was amazing! we went down with my friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are fantastic and super clean and the whole place looked much better in person than on the pictures. Also, there was a grill outside we used that was great! and opportunity for fire and bogracs! we definitely will be back !

This place was exactly what we needed as two teachers wanting to get out of the city. Peaceful, countryside home with a beautiful sauna and jacuzzi that we used multiple times a day. We loved exploring this part of Hungary (we went to Lake Hévíz) and genuinely enjoyed our stay here. We biked from the train station to the Airbnb, which was hard in the winter. A car might be necessary for others.

We had an unforgettable 3-night stay at Uncle Paul’s place in Balatonfüred. It truly felt like visiting family. Uncle Paul speaks excellent English and is incredibly knowledgeable, not just about wine, but also about local history, plants, and culture. He welcomed us with such kindness: picking us up from the train station (even with our two huge suitcases!), treating us to wine tasting while sharing his deep knowledge of Hungarian wines - how they’re made, where they come from, and what goes into them. He also generously offered us homemade Hungarian fish soup, fresh fruits and nuts from his garden, and even took time to drive us to beautiful Tihany. Uncle Paul has travelled to many countries and shared fascinating stories that kept us smiling and laughing. We drank together, sang together, danced together, and had the most wonderful holiday. Three nights were far too short, we left with full hearts and lovely memories. Thank you, Uncle Paul!

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

We recently stayed at a beautiful cozy country home in Hungary with the whole family, and it was a wonderful experience. Each of us had our own room, all of which were beautifully furnished and had their own bathrooms. The large living room and dining room provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy meals together, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area, especially the pool and whirlpool, which were great for both relaxation and fun. The kids loved the trampoline and had plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, this vacation home was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again!

This place is a real gem... hidden away, not far from Balaton lake. Great restaurants and facilities nearby! Pool was great, jacuzzi was great. Peter and his wife were lovely and super helpful with great recommendations. We loved staying here and we're very sad to leave!

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

We had a perfect weekend at Melinda's, the house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for 7 people. Everything in the yard is available for a perfect summer evening, barbecue, pool, sun loungers,… we will be happy to book again.

We felt completely comfortable in the Füge-Vendégház. The location and the panorama inspired us. The house is very cozy and spacious. The terrace offers both sunny and shady spots – ideal for relaxing. The garden is wonderfully green, with many trees and plants. The pool is sufficiently large and was always very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed linen pleasant and beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and well usable. The location is excellent: several wine terraces are nearby and can also be reached on foot. Lake Balaton (Alsóörs beach) is only about five minutes away by car. The view from the upper terrace to the lake is particularly beautiful in the evening. The hostess and the host were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back anytime!

The house is really beautifully decorated and it has everything you need. It is really small and probably a bit cramped for very large or many people. It worked for us. The bikes are great!

This apartment truly matches its photos, featuring two separate rooms that open onto a small patio. It's located within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. A supermarket and public washing machine are just two minutes away. Car is recommended for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, but you can also use the near train station to get to other cities. We loved our vacation here.

We arrived a little early, which was no problem at all. The place is super clean and had everything you need. But the best is the garden that you were allowed to use completely and, of course, the dog . Our kids love the little dachshund. The landlords are incredibly friendly and child-friendly . Lake Balaton is only a 15 min walk away. There are plenty of affordable parking spaces on the beach. We will definitely be back! It was a great vacation and a mega place to stay. 5 out of 5 stars . The panorama is even more beautiful than the pictures. Away from the noises, in a really peaceful location. Start by watching the sunrise and end the day by watching a shooting star! The wine terrace works on weekends, but it's very cozy.

One thing is for sure! If we have the opportunity, we will return here! The house is like in the photos, but even better. I recommend it for couples and families.

The place is a conversion of part of a Hungarian house. It has very thick walls. Inside there are two very large rooms each with a large bed, maybe king size, and a sofa that looks like it turns into another large bed, so should easily sleep 8 people. There is no living room, but each of the bedrooms is kind of like its own living room. There is no TV but there is fast Internet through WiFi. There is a large kitchen/diner with all the essential bits and pieces for cooking and a full sized gas cooker. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. Both are decorated with modern tiling. There is a garden. The owner lives in a house on the site. This is on the edge of a small town up in the hills overlooking the Balaton. You really need a car to get here and to explore the area. We didn't move anywhere on foot. The place is very quiet and relaxing and functional but it really it is a jumping off point to explore the area. I'm all we enjoyed our stay here.

A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful environment, comfortable, clean, and really cozy! Helpful and kind landlord. It was ideal with family because it is well equipped and in the middle of nature. So young children were able to run outside all day in the good air with a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. Although the latter was mostly an experience for adults! :) The nearby Laci Cellar Csárda was also an outstanding experience. Thank you so much!

Claudia's accommodation was really great! We were lucky with the weather and were able to arrive without any problems despite not having a car. The nature around Lake Balaton is simply relaxing and peaceful. The tent and the small hut are really equipped with everything you need for a camping vacation. The bed was also extremely comfortable! We had a great night.
