Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

Located on the hillsides in the heart of the classified grand crus and less than a 25-minute walk from Saint-Émilion. Accommodation is nice in all seasons thanks to its view - an expanse of vines where the leaves change colors. Starting October 4, 2024, the common garden will be lawn-free for garden renewal.
