Per City of Tacoma, quiet hours are 9pm-7am, smoking and pets are not allowed indoors, security cameras monitor the front, side, and backyard areas. This is entire UNIT, not entire building, this building has 3 units.

We are local and want to do everything we can to make sure you have a great stay here in our favorite city, Tacoma!

The Reddish House: 6th Ave UPS UW Ruston

Completely remodeled! This bright historic home is filled with charm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up-and-coming neighborhood. Tacoma's 6th Avenue district is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Hilltop, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is walking distance to most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM and all hospitals are also in close proximity.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
