It was very interesting to get a tour of the hospital and check out the cottages for the orphans. Especially the life story of Hendrik, a man with lepra is impressive. Wendy provided all meals in the garden. Special work that she and her parents have been doing for 20 years. Private, quiet rooms. Fresh and clean surrounded by palms, fruit trees and a beautiful sunset. Just 20 mins to the beach and 40 mins to the main town of Tobelo. Scooter and car for hire. This LITTLE cabins are a nice place to stay and Rika and Fahmi are great hosts, very accomodating and made us feel welcome in Morotai. Totally recommend!
