To start excellent service at the reception, the apartment complies with what it promises, very good ventilation, very comfortable for adults and children, and very well equipped (the crib served us very much), very well located, everything is very close (beach, restaurants, supermarkets, aquarium, dock, etc .), very good pool service, the host was always very attentive to everything. For Colombia, it’s a very modern and luxurious apartment in downtown Santa Marta. Big and open, homey, private. Almost everything you need. Leo was very open, honest, informative, accommodating, helpful, and understanding. Ask him any questions you have before booking, and he’ll answer and be glad to help. I would stay with him again!

Great place in a great location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. The accommodation is clean and has a cozy balcony with view on nature and many birds. The pool is also great for refreshment. Stig is an amazing host, always ready to help and give tips on the surroundings. Thank you for everything Stig. Until we meet again!

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

Richard’s home is the perfect spot for a family visit. The place is comfortable and has many amenities in it although it needs some repairs. The pool is specially great for the kids. May’s attention and service is what makes the place shine though, she provides a great customer service.

It was really good we enjoyed the stay

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

Great stay with our family of four couples and two kids. Alana was fantastic and the house was just like the listing. The rooftop pool was so nice and the breeze was great. If you are a light sleeper be aware there are clubs nearby playing music until 2-3am. Ear plugs are provided. It’s also tropical weather so pack your mosquito repellent.

It was a beautiful home with an amazing pool! All of our questions were answered quickly by Daniela. She was extremely helpful!

The apartment is nice and the common areas have great views. The sunset overlooking the bay is amazing. I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay here.

Once again this is my favorite place to stay in Santa Marta. I have rented this apartment many times and it has always been a good experience.

The apartment is very spacious and perfect for family vacations, it has all the amenities, and the ZAZUE shopping center is a few steps away to eat or have a drink. The beach is about 3 blocks away, it was fine for us. They helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, taking into account that we were traveling with elderly people Everything was perfect!!

Was a great place, and a great host. Would contact her again next time.
