The apartment is suitable for both families and singles who love the sea, because having breakfast on a sea-facing terrace is priceless!! It is located near the Torrette Regional Hospital and the Marche Polytechnic University School of Medicine within walking distance. It is 7 minutes from Ancona train station and the center and 10 minutes from the port. The airport can be reached in 13 minutes and in 22 minutes we reach the fantastic Riviera del Conero!

Stayed from November 1 to 03, a small village, but in a barycentric position to visit Ancona and many other countries around, all within a 15/20 minute drive. Parking in the immediate vicinity, quiet place. it seems necessary to highlight in particular the attention to small details on the part of the owner, a sign of willingness to put those who stay at ease. We'll definitely be back. congratulations

We stayed in this apartment and were thrilled! It is new, tastefully furnished, extremely clean and in a perfect location, within walking distance of the center of Ancona. A special thank you to Federico, the owner, an exquisite person and always available: he welcomed us with great kindness and even booked for us a great dinner at a fish club on the day of our arrival. Very rare attention. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! Very convenient apartment, newly renovated with brand new amenities. The only thing that was missing was a washing machine especially for our travels, since we’re traveling with a toddler,,, but this was already mentioned by the owners listing. We had a great time walking around the neighborhood enjoying local delicious food and culture.
