This is my primary residence. The nightly rate is priced according to Airbnb price tips.Make sure it’s suitable for you before booking.It’s 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Large back deck with private hot tub.Excellent location.Walk to Safeway close to downtown and Donner lake. 15 mins to all the ski resorts. I manage my property myself to ensure it is perfect for your arrival. I provide snow removal for the driveway during the winter. There is a $30 dog fee per day per dog 2 max and 13.25% tax.

Full kitchen and dining area, Wi-fi (gig speed), and large sunroom to enjoy the mountain views. ***absolutely No EV Charging available even with a standard plug in. 20 minutes to North Star and Palisades. FYI: Just so you know, as of 1/1/21 the town of Truckee has added occupancy taxes for short-term rentals. This 13.25% tax has been added to the daily rate.
