There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Delphi is positioned at the end of a no through road in the quiet village of Mylor in the Adelaide Hills only 20 minutes from the city. The property runs down to the banks of the Onkaparinga River with a large waterhole and rock escarpment. The cottage sits a the top of the property with views over the landscaped edible art garden.
