Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center. In the vicinity, a multitude of activities are possible: Tree climbing in Pilat Park, visit to the Peaugres Safari, Vélorail and Train de l'Ardèche or discovery of the Facteur Cheval's Ideal Palace

GITE IN MILEU NATURE

Vacation rental classified 3 stars. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house overlooks the Vercors to the southeast. You will hear according to the pic-green season, hello, owl, toadad... On the site outside the owner's accommodation there is only a cottage. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practitioners.
