68㎡ whole-floor apartment on Zhengxing Street | Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, elevator, slow travel in the city center, Tainan lifestyle, and a culinary tour of the old city

Sometimes, the most comfortable place to travel to is not a scenic spot, but a place where a lamp is waiting for you when you return, a place to store the memories of the day. The apartment is located in the 400-year-old historic district of Tainan. Direct elevator access, and the entire floor is for you and your family. Each of the two suites has its own full bathroom, so there's no need to fight over the bathroom and you can maintain your own pace. The living room is reserved for chatting and enjoying late-night snacks. Travel doesn't necessarily mean rushing through your itinerary every day. If the line at a popular restaurant is too long, you might consider getting takeout of beef soup, fish slice soup, small rice noodles, salted crispy chicken, or a dessert. Perhaps the most beautiful part of traveling is sitting around the dining table with family and enjoying a good meal. Sitting on the balcony in the evening to chat or to rest quietly. Of course, if you want to go out for a walk, the area nearby is also wonderful. The Xishi Market Historic Site, Zhengxing Street, Luoniu Lane, Hai'an Road, Shennong Street, Helue Square, Shui Xian Gong, Confucius Temple, and the Literature Museum are all within walking distance. I hope to have the opportunity to accompany you during those moments of your trip when you are not in a hurry.

樂宅1960

An old house built in 1960 - more than three years ago, I was very lucky to buy this house that was in disrepair and full of rubbish! After one to two years of planning and more than a year of renovation! It's finally done! Most of the original architecture of that era is preserved!Bright lighting - stone stairs and floors - Taiwanese cypress doors and windows! You can always feel the simple contentment of that era - the simple beauty! In 2012, I became a father and had a daughter named (Le Qing). I hope that my daughter will be happy and joyful every day, like a clear skies, every day is brilliant! Her arrival was the happiest thing in my life! It's the beginning of responsibility! So I centered the name of the house on (Le)!So I named it (Lezai 1960) so that my precious daughter knows that the name of the homestay is named after her. I hope every friend who is destined to come here can feel friendly - comfortable - happy! I wish you a happy life and a happy future. Welcome. Lezhuai 1960.
