We are located in the middle of the Kunshan Science Park and the center of Tainan City. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the interchange and the high-speed rail. There are many options for shopping or dining due to the proximity to the Kunshan Science Park and the Dream Era of Nanfang. The Space: Provides a private space of 30 sq. ft. on the entire floor. Guest access: The entire floor includes two double rooms, one single room, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and common areas such as a living room. Other things to note: * Pet friendly, but if there is damage caused by pets, you may need to pay for some repairs or cleaning.* No smoking indoors (you can smoke on the balcony, do not throw cigarette butts), chewing betel nuts, taking drugs, or having parties.* Do not make loud noises late at night, destroy items, or take out items. * The kitchen is not available for cooking, but the rest of the appliances are available. * Free board games and electric mahjong tables are available (please refer to the instruction manual for electric mahjong tables, human damage or loss of mahjong requires partial repair costs) * After checking out, place the key card on the living room table.

Our homestay is located on Zhengxing Street in West Central District. You can taste a variety of Tainan delicacies within walking distance. There are 24-hour convenience stores, various restaurants, and snacks around, so you have a variety of choices. The homestay is close to various famous attractions such as Zhengxing Street/Haian Road/Guohua Street/Shennong Street, which can save you time spent on transportation and is a convenient place to stay for your travels. The room has our thoughtfully arranged furniture and you have plenty of space to leave your luggage. You don't have to worry about not having a place to open your suitcase. There is a small balcony outside with a washing machine. You can use it yourself if you need it. I hope to provide you with a warm and comfortable accommodation environment. The transportation to the homestay is very convenient. You can choose to drive/bicycle/bus to reach it. Parking is also very convenient. The homestay is less than a minute away from the private parking lot. There are also on-street parking spaces around for you to park. If you take a bus, it only takes three minutes to walk to the homestay, or if you need to rent a (T-Bike) public bicycle, you can also walk for only 2 minutes. The apartment is located in the 400-year-old historic district of Tainan. Direct elevator access, and the entire floor is for you and your family. Each of the two suites has its own full bathroom, so there's no need to fight over the bathroom and you can maintain your own pace. The living room is reserved for chatting and enjoying late-night snacks. Travel doesn't necessarily mean rushing through your itinerary every day. If the line at a popular restaurant is too long, you might consider getting takeout of beef soup, fish slice soup, small rice noodles, salted crispy chicken, or a dessert. Perhaps the most beautiful part of traveling is sitting around the dining table with family and enjoying a good meal. Sitting on the balcony in the evening to chat or to rest quietly.
