Cottage/summer cottage in LPR on the shores of Lake Saimaa

High-quality, well-equipped cottage on the shore of Lake Saimaa in the peace of a large plot. Beautiful and spacious view of Lake Saimaa. Easy to arrive by car. Drinking water comes to the kitchen and for washing, well water comes with a hose, clean and modern outdoor toilet. Rowboat. Lappeenranta city center and services about 12km away. Bus stop about 3 km from the cottage. Please check the driving directions somewhere other than Google Maps. Written arrival instructions in the arrival guide! We hope that the cottage will be left in the same condition when you leave as when you arrive.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Island House in the Lake District

Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

At Rantatupa by Lake Saimaa you can get into the atmosphere of old times. Rantatupa is a house built in the style of the past with modern conveniences. Rantatupa includes the main building and a separate sauna building, as well as a lots of terrace and yard. The buildings form a peaceful courtyard where you can enjoy being together and the view offered by each season. The yard is mainly in a natural state, so you may find blueberries as well as chanterelles.

Rock House, luonnon keskellä, järvinäkymin, Saimaa

Kalliomaja on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Sopii erityisesti luonnossa viihtyville, rauhaa rakastaville ihmisille sekä lapsiperheille. Mökki sijaistee keskeisellä paikalla, monien kaupunkien läheisyydessä, josta helppo tehdä päiväretkiä mm. Lappeenrantaan, Kouvolaan, Mikkeliin tai vaikkapa Hamina-Kotka seudulle.
