It was also handled politely at check-in. It was also close to Himeji Station, and it was a very convenient location for sightseeing and dining. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed our stay as a family. Foot massage is also good!!

There was an inn in a natural idyllic place, and I was refreshed! The instructions at the time of entry were also courteous. The inside of the inn was very clean, unique and lovely. I definitely want to stay there again! Thank you!

Overall good place to stay. Nice place and very clean. Host is helpful. Check in and out is smooth. However, the public transportation is limited in Himeji. And I have to say the taxi experiences are horrible in the city as drivers are all look like 70+ can speak 0 English, don't know google map and smartphone translation, worst part is bad temper I have seen I my life. And it's not single case, many times and I tried to be as polite as possible. With Uber forbidden, we basically walked all the way to the station. It's more a city problem. The stay was nice. I hope next time they open Uber in the future for the city, so I can give better rating for the location.
