The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. This is a private container house on the shore of Lake Gyokudō, a beautiful lake in Suefuno, Chichibu. We connected a 20 ft container and a 12 ft container with an outdoor living room. Limited to one group, so you can enjoy with peace of mind. We reuse containers that were actually used at sea, so you can feel the authentic taste and romance. The site is 250 tsubo, so it's okay to bring a tent. Barbecues and fires are allowed on the premises. You can enjoy a barbecue over a direct fire. We also have a tent sauna, drum can bath, firewood cutting experience, row boat, etc. Please let me know if you have any requests. You can go down to the shore of Lake Gyokudoyo from the premises. Within walking distance are luxury super Tsuruya, Asanoya Bakery, Mikado Coffee, Karuizawa Senju Hiroshi Museum, Karuizawa Taliesin, Muse no Mori and other art spots, Karuizawa's largest Yukawa Furusato Park, famous restaurants, cafes (Kikusui, Chishotei, RK Donuts Karuizawa Seikichi, etc.), tennis courts, and Viala annex Karuizawa.
