Monthly Rentals in Takatsu Ward

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Satomi’s Airbnb. The location was perfect - set in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet was just a short and easy walk to the train station and convenience stores, which made getting around and grabbing essentials effortless. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a longer stay: a functional kitchen, strong shower pressure, laundry facilities, and very comfortable futons. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with Satomi was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, well-located place to stay in Japan.

Nice affordable location in a quiet part of Tokyo. Well equipped for long-term stays. The train is about a 10 minute walk. Conbini about an 8 minute walk. Ride three stops to get to Shibuya. I would stay again.

I booked this place on behalf of a visitor for a month long business trip and it was perfect. The neighborhood is packed with things to do, yet peaceful and clean, without the overwhelming noise and grit of a main city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. Living up to its title as a hipster town, there are also a handful of gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan places, which was very helpful for our visitor's dietary restrictions. The apartment itself is small and cozy and perfect for someone who is out for most of the day and just needs a comfortable place to come home to and do their laundry and cook simple meals. We had a bit of trouble getting inside, but Yasutaka was quick and responsive. The only thing was that the instructions regarding how to throw out the trash were not clear. Otherwise, great review overall!

We (3 people) stayed at Delta's. Close to the train station (~4 mins) and lots of places for food and convenience stores. The room is big for 3 of us so we were relaxing during our stay. Delta responded when I had a question and gave me a clear instruction. We had a great time at Delta's. Thank you.
