This magical Caribbean villa has spectacular views overlooking the rainforest and ocean below. Be completely immersed in the privacy and seclusion of the jungle, yet five minutes from the center of Puerto Viejo. This magical 2 bedroom property has a 15 m pool, a fire-pit area, a tree house, a gym, and seasonal waterfall, spring water, and is nestled in an old cacao forest. Yet its only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and action of Cocles beach, our favorite in the area.

The house has mosquito netting, 4 bedrooms for a total 7 persons, 2 bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning only on the first floor (room), living room with couch and satellite TV and two small terraces. 100 meters from the beach. Access to the second floor is via the external staircase, as depicted in the main photo of our advertisement. our house has two water sources: one from AyA and the other from a well. We recommend purchasing drinking water.
