I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

We weren’t able to stay on Michael’s place because 2GO has denied our boat trip but we appreciate Michael and his team for granting us a refund. I really recommend Michael and his place especially if you want to stay near sm seaside and nustar. They are accommodating and very understanding.

The transient house was good as the location is very strategic especially to the places where we intended to visit. The host is very generous and instantly responds to our concerns. When we ran out of drinking water, he immediately sent another gallon for us to consume. We felt really at home in his place and we got our money's worth.

Had an unexpected extension at Carlo's place, and I couldn’t be happier! The room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The transaction for an extra day was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, and Carlo's quick and friendly responses to all my queries made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back for another stay!

First and for most, i would like to thank the Host for being a very considerate host. Giving us clear instructions. Tho the wifi was not giving (due to techinical error) hopefully it will be repaired, but for us it was okay as long as we have an accomodation to stay with. Overall, it was nice stay and very accomodating! 5/5

Interesting place. I have been here from Europe ( Austria ) and if you come here you will experience a little bit of Philipines cutlure and that is the greatest you can do when you go to a country delving into their culture. The stuff are just cute guys they are open and helpfull. Would I come back YES I WOULD. The mattress is confortable and the air-conditioning works very good.

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

12/10. No kidding. Elmer’s place was incredible. Checked in super late and was in no mood to get dressed up to go out and eat, and was beyond grateful that the pantry was filled with food I can buy. Totally a lifesaver. Place is really close to IT Park and Ayala Terraces which is a great bonus. Incredible place, really. Would (hopefully) book again when I’m back in Cebu.

The view was amazing and that was the main reason I got this Airbnb. Also being above a mall and grocery store was very convenient. We were able to get our own food and cook also get our laundry done at the same time. The only down side was that the majority of the things we wanted to do was a bit of a drive away but all the nessessaties are right there at your fingertips. Also the owner was very responsive to my messages. Would recommend to stay here!

This is my fourth or fifth time staying here, and I keep coming back because the place has a great vibe and feels just like home. It’s always very clean and consistently well-maintained every time I visit. The host is also incredibly kind and responsive. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Cebu City—hands down the best place to stay.

While this place was just a resting spot between locations for us, the space was perfect! The view from the massive windows was amazing! We sat and watched a storm roll in and out over Cebu City. The design of the space maximized the studio apartment and made it feel very spacious! Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. It was a short walk to the IT Park which had a lot of food options and shopping, as well as a market. I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay in Cebu City.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

She is always responsive and the house is clean and comfortable. I had a great time this time too.
