Highly quiet private location in the woods, close to Höga Kusten

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Self-catering applies and the guest cleans up after themselves. If you do not have your own bed linen/towel, it can be rented on site: bed linen + towel; SEK 100 (€10 or $10) per person for the entire stay. No smoking, pets, loud parties. Denna stuga erbjuder allt du behöver för en avkopplande och minnesvärd vistelse. Bastu - njut av en avkopplande bastu efter en dag av äventyr Pool - ta ett dopp i vår tempererade pool (12 juni - 31 augusti)

The property is in the middle of the beautiful High Coast. The apartment is located on the lower floor with its own entrance and is beautifully located in the countryside. Quiet and secluded location. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizzeria, is 2.5 km from the property. 12 km to Skuleskogens national park. 7 km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and jetties, Almsjöbadet.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Enjoy lake views from the balcony and terrace, cozy fireplace in the kitchen and fireplace in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower. Wood-fired sauna by the lake with jetty and boat to borrow. In winter, starry skies and the northern lights light up the evenings.
