Stay from June 6 to 9, 2025. Beautiful peaceful place and not overlooked. Close to the beach and close to the forest, offering superb walks. House faithful to the description and the reviews correspond exactly to what we found with extremely friendly, available and caring hosts. The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decoration, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The spa is a plus too. The proximity to the sea is really appreciable. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and ideal for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the hum of cars, as few vehicles circulate nearby. A true haven of peace! Hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well equipped in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, deckchairs and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and in complete safety even outside! We knew the residence and we love it. The house and its garden are perfect, everything is there for a relaxing holiday in a quiet setting and very close to the sea. The bathing beach is 10 minutes by bike. We will come back without hesitation!

The house perfectly reflects the description and Jeanne is really a caring person giving advices and sharing also her knowledge and tips ans tricks about the regions. The house was super clean. The house is perfectly located, 3 minutes walk from the daily market with local producers and from The haven and the restaurants. The street is super quiet as only accessible to people living in the street. Ars en Ré was for us the best town as it combines the small shops, some restaurants, the daily market and you can reach the other towns easily by bike. We had a great week in Jeanne’s house.

we had a great time at Sven's place and we will definitely come back. go with your eyes closed. we keep it as favorites. everything was great as in the description and reviews from previous hosts. Swan is very responsive and takes care of his others and the person we welcome was at the top.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. we had a great weekend with friends at Jean-Michel's place. Great house with a great garden and great outdoor space to eat a bbq. There are even games for the kids who loved it. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in this very nice house that met our expectations! The garden and its terrace were very pleasant. The children did not want to leave the pool. The proximity to the beach was a real plus for us! Communication was very good with our host. Really, a good time with the family!

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

Pleasant stay in a pleasant accommodation. Quiet between countryside and sea. The swimming pool and its hours, without hours was my little plus (respecting the quiet of the neighborhood). Very easy access, private parking. 20, 35 minutes from the beaches between Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Supermarket, convenience store 15 min by car. Very welcoming and responsive host. Ready to offer you activities.
