Ms Connie was so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The guards were nice. I just didn’t find the clothing iron in the room so I was not able to iron my clothes whenever I go out. Regardless, I feel so at home at the place.

the place was good, safe, some restaurants nearby, also laundry place next door, a little far from airport though, but overall is well worth the price.

The place is absolutely nice, convenient for shopping, there are lots of restaurants too. The host is very accommodating and I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Davao.

We are pleased to share our positive experience with Genevieve's property. The accommodation was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its convenient location, within walking distance of Abreeza Mall, was a significant advantage. Furthermore, Genevieve's responsiveness and approachability were highly appreciated. For future enhancements, we suggest considering larger cooking utensils, such as pans and pots, to facilitate more comfortable meal preparation.

This is a spacious unit with a king bed. There were extra tables aside from the usual dining and coffee table. Mineral water (in big blue round container) was also available.

Our stay at Benedict’s unit was truly excellent. The room was spotless—clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. The entire space was spacious, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for a comfortable, restful stay. The location was also very convenient. What truly stood out was Benedict himself—warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. His hospitality went above and beyond. Highly recommended! We’d gladly stay here again.

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

I have to say this place was wonderful, felt safe thanks to the reassurance the host kept on giving me, and how quick they where to respond and once there was the smallest problem they didn't hesitate to help, loved the place and highly recommend this host.

The property was exactly as described—cozy, calming, and inviting. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was noticeably slow and often intermittent. Nevertheless, the location was very accessible, peaceful, and organized. The host was attentive and made sure the unit was well-equipped. We appreciated the overall comfort of the space. Centrally located downtown, the unit was clean and well maintained. Good views. The building was nice but the gym was sparse. The unit is downtown so it was noisy from the trafic, and we happened to. E there for Easter so the church loud speakers ran all day. I would recomend this Airbnb to anyone the place was good just be aware of the small drawbacks to the central location. Brenda responded quickly to us and the reception desk was also helpful. If you hang a left out the front door you have easy access to taxi or jeepany.

Perfect for staycation with your friends! We had a great stay! The place was very clean, very cozy, beautiful interior design, great view of the city, especially at night, cooking there was very convenient, tv perfect for movie marathon, ac in both living room and bedroom, overall, just perfect. If ur looking for such a place to stay, then this might be the one you’re looking for.
