The place is modern, clean, and very comfortable, the beds were a little small for us, but we come from the U.S. so maybe that’s why, other than that the place is perfect for families or friends wanting to hangout together in Davao

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful home and one if the cleanest properties I have stayed in. Owner is very reaponsive and helpful. Me and my family felt right at home immediately when we walked in. Highly recommended and will be booking with them again whenever we visit Davao.

The location is nice! It is adjacent to a mall. The owner also provided easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. The place is also nice and clean.

To be honest, this is one of the best AIRBNB staycation we’ve been to so far! Sir Andy was really cooperative, helpful, kind and caring person. We were able to make an early check-in and late check-out with Sir. Andy as long as he has no other guests. His place is really spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen and furnitures. I would say his apartment studio would really make you feel like at home—really comfortable and cold AC as well. I would say also his house is semi-smart with their electronics and it’s designed to conserve energy and save water. What you see in the description, is what you get! Recommended and 5 starts for Sir. Andy!

My mom stayed at Shiella's during her stint in Davao City. Very nice host and informative. She readily accepted the booking for the two senior ladies who needed a place to stay. Clean place and affordable. Will book this again if I ever stay in Davao City for a time being.

I booked this place for my exams, hoping for a comfortable and peaceful stay - and it did not disappoint. The room was clean, cozy, and incredibly relaxing, which helped me stay focused and at ease. Laila is a super great host. Responsive, quick to act and always returning communications promptly and thoughtfully. Her top floor condo is very comfortable, extremely clean and within walking distance to SM Mall Ecoland. We really enjoyed our stay and I will be back. I stayed for two weeks and I always enjoyed returning to this AirBNB at the end of the day. I felt completely at home here.

Nice place easy to checkin and out host is great

Ms Connie was so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The guards were nice. I just didn’t find the clothing iron in the room so I was not able to iron my clothes whenever I go out. Regardless, I feel so at home at the place.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems and the rooms were well equipped and we had no inconvenience. There was also high security, which made me feel very safe and secure. If I had to say, it would be more convenient if there were convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. But, I would use it again when I stay in Davao.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect accommodations and super responsive to inquiries. I would love to use this unit the next time I come to Davao city.

The place was great. The only problem we had was the heater not funtioning. Tho it’s our fault not to have it addressed with the host because we don’t want to bother. I would suggest that they should check it themselves before the guests checks in. Overall 5/5 still.
