Monthly Rentals in Tama River

The unit was simple but clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes walking distance from the station, and the unit was facing an empty land which is good as we did not feel cramped or too close to the neighbors plus it was airy. The beds were comfortable, we slept well throughout our stay. The host was always helpful and fast to respond to any of my inquiries

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Ken is an incredible host. Very kind, considerate and thoughtful. The place itself is quiet, private and beautiful. You have everything you need to feel right at home. I was traveling with my 2 year old and we were both really comfortable. There were plenty of things within walking distance for meals and such. Absolute gem of a place, feel so blessed to have been able to stay here! Hope to be back someday. Thank you Ken!!!

Great place to stay! We stayed 7 days and got to see more of the west side of Tokyo! However if you are looking for a place close to Tokyo centre i would suggest something closer. This place had everything we needed!

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.
