It was completed in April 2024 by renovating a Japanese house that was originally vacant.☆ This is a large 4LDK rental accommodation (about 180 ㎡) You can also play BBQ and pool in the garden, so both adults and children can enjoy it.♪ * You can BBQ under the roof even on rainy days. For gatherings with friends and family, family gatherings, and more! There is also parking for more than 6 cars (please contact us in advance if there are more than 7 cars) There are also places nearby where you can play in the river♪ ~ Recommended spots in the neighborhood ~ 🔴Fukuchiyama Onsen (10 minutes by car) It is one of the best hot springs in the country, also ranked 1st in Kyoto Prefectural Onsen! 🔴Maruya Koya (6 minutes by car) Personally, this is the most recommended rice restaurant in Fukuchiyama City. * It is a popular shop, so I recommend booking early if you go at night. 🔴PLANT-3 (7 minutes by car) A super large supermarket with everything you need. 🔴Shimbashi Sandal Park (3 min by car) You can play in the river. 🔴The 610 base (7 minutes by car) There are many fun things to do with the renovation of an abandoned elementary school.[Strawberry picking] [Cafe] [Craft beer brewing & sale] etc.

A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.
