Thanks for having us. Julie gave very clear instructions for check in which we were grateful for. The place was clean and neat and had such lovely views! The only recommendation I would say is the bathroom needs a bath mat, other than that it was awesome and highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful views of the beach. Loved watching sunrise over the ocean. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. We will definitely stay again. We lived on the Gold Coast for many years and loved coming back here as tourists this time. Couldn’t fault the location - walking track out the front and cafes close by. Easy drive to airport and other areas of attraction.

It was a great experience staying in this unit. My husband and my 2 kids liked it so much. Especially the TV box it comes with a lot of variety. The unit is fairly new, everything is working condition, SMEG kitchen appliances are cool, including furnitures are very sturdy. However I wish to have at least 1-2 more spare bath towers or bath mats for exchange if dirty. We were given only one each for entire stay (4d3n) One thing to take note, the house keys have to collect from the convenient store which is another building away takes around 5-8 mins walk. Also this unit is located around 10 mins walk from the Gold Coast central area where most of the great restaurants at. But we’re ok with that treat it as a good exercise after full dinner. All in all it’s recommended.

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!
