Peaceful studio near the city center

Cozy studio near the city center. 700 m from the railwaystation. Neighbourhood is peaceful and yet it's only few minutes walk from the city center. Bus 13 from railwaystation, buss-stop 150 m from the apartment. Great promenade by the lake - goes by the amusement park. A shop (380 m) and a musicbar are nearby. Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free. Possibility to hire a car place in the yard. Cash pay.

Quiet and nice, pleasant high view. Near TAMK university and tram. PLEASE NOTE: bookings are taken only if you introduce well who you are, your group and your trip. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony.
