Quiet and nice, pleasant high view. Near TAMK university and tram. Please note: bookings are taken only if you introduce well who you are, your group and your trip. Praise from guests: 1-Excellent location! 2-Excellent traffic, tram stop right nearby. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. Great location in the heart of Tampere! Just 50 meters from the main entrance of the new Nokia Arena, 100 meters from train and bus station. All services and attractions, all the restaurants, cafes, night clubs, shopping centers and boutiques just few steps away. The apartment is new, the house has been built in 2022. In the apartment is king size bed, sofa bed for two people, spacious bathroom, nice and compact kitchen area. Table for dining and also laptop friendly working space.

Peaceful and cozy studio apartment on the top floor of a wooden front man house. You can use the apartment as a base, for example, during the events, as it is a walk from the apartment (about 10min) to Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. Buses number 8 and 30 run to the center of Tampere, and the journey time is about 15 minutes. The apartment has its own exit and staircase, and therefore its own peace. Free parking is available in the yard. The host family lives in the building.

This home in a prime location has easy access to everything. The train station is right next door and the Nokia Arena is just 500m away. The windows of the apartment face the courtyard, so the apartment is very peaceful compared to its location. The kitchen is well-stocked and the refrigerator is accompanied by an ice maker to ensure the coldness of the drinks. The best feature of the apartment is the private sauna, where you can take a steam after a work or a day off.

A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
