Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Samassa rakennuksessa mainio ravintola ja lähistöllä monia hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Teatterit, elokuvat, konserttisalit, uimahalli, keila-biljardihalli, Metso-kirjasto vieressä, Särkänniemi ja Nokia Arena kävelyetäisyydellä. Juna- ja bussiasemille vartin kävely tai ratikalla muutamassa minuutissa.

Hyvät kulkuyhteydet keskustaan, yliopistolle ja Nokia-areenalle n. 10 min jalkaisin. Ideaali 4-5 henkilölle omalla makuutilalla, mutta taloon mahtuu yöpymään jopa 10 henkeä. Tämä on kohde sinulle, joka rakastat vanhan talon tunnelmaa. Jos ajattelet, että tämä on hotelli vanhan talon kuoressa, suosittelen valitsemaan hotellin.

Tervetuloa hyggeilemään ihanaan Viinikkaan Tampereelle! Viinikan alue on idyllistä museosuojeltua puutaloaluetta, aivan keskustan laitamilla. Juna-asemalle ja Stockmannille on 1,5km. Pihalla on ihana juoda aamukahvit omenapuutarha näkymällä tai loikoilla kirjan äärellä. Talo on 100 vuotias punainen hirsitalo, joka on vastikään remontoitu vastaamaan moderneja tarpeita. Kuitenkin vanhaa henkeä on kunnioitettu ja sitäkin säästetty. Oma sauna jossa moderni spa tunnelma tähtitaivaalla ❤️
