We had a great time in Fez thanks to the warm welcome from our host Ghita. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a great location to explore the city. Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

Great apartment. Near to a lot of sightseeing’s. 15 min walk to the Medina. Everything looked exactly the same as in the fotos. Senhaji was very friendly!

Very easy to communicate with the host, Ayoub. Ayoub was already waiting for us at Bab Ziat when we arrived in late evening, and prepared drinks and snacks for us. Very much appreciated. A very short and flat walk from Bab Ziat to his unit. We like the rooms, the kitchen and the courtyard. Two of the bathrooms and a toilet are in the same bathroom like public bathroom style. We still use it a one bathroom as there isn't enough space to hang our clothes and towels in the bathroom within the bathroom. We were there for two nights, arrived late and left early. Didn't encounter any strange people except for a kid which told us "it's closed" when we were on our way to a nearby restaurant for dinner (very nice dinner). Ayoub recommended Batha Coffee for breakfast and we liked it a lot (went there for breakfast consecutive days). Had trouble opening the main door to the apartment building with the key but you just need to try for a few more times.

Dominique’s riad is even better than the pictures. Lovely, clean and has a mind-blowing view of the medina. We loved it!

A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon our arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a true haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of the unique magic that only the medina of Fez can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and the soul of Abdelali is present at every moment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the medina of Fez, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent joyful and relaxing moments there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

Typically Moroccan riad with a rather steep access staircase, pleasant to live in, located in the Medina 650 meters from the nearest parking lot. Precise instructions for preparing for our arrival. Greeting of the guest at the car park, help with the transport of luggage and mint tea and cakes offered on arrival.

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

Mehdi is really a great host. There was a problem without his place before I arrived and he found me a hotel next door at the same price and same quality. In addition, he invited me to his restaurant and he takes the time to make sure everything is going smoothly...the food at his place is very delicious in addition to the gift drinks... I recommend it!

This place is perfect if you are visiting fes it’s in the middle of the city close to many stores and restaurants the host brahim is very kind and polite he helps us a lot upon arrival and he takes care during my stay if i need something this host is highly recommended!

There was absolutely no problem during my stay both check-in and check-out, everything was very well organized, the apartment was very practical close to everything, comfortable and comfortable.
