Our newly renovated, small but charming house is located in a serene rural area just outside Novigrad. This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom provide all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare delicious meals with the option of choosing whether to eat at the inside bar or outside at the table and enjoy the large and private yard (900m2). Situated in a quiet area but still 5 minutes car drive from town and beaches. Ideal for couples and small families.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)
