Situated between two beach parks (Sunset Beach .5 mi and Fred Howard Park 1 mi), the neighborhood is friendly, safe and walkable. Downtown Tarpon and the Sponge Docks are appx. 3 miles away. Laundry room and pool are shared (when owner is home). The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
