Holiday rentals with beach access in Tau

The apartment is really great and surrounded by water. We were there over Pentecost and it was wonderfully quiet. Rune's supermarket is right next door and unfortunately was closed over the holidays during our stay. Otherwise, it's super practical. Rune is very friendly and we also rented his little boat to sail across the Lysefjord. A great experience!

the apartment was on the 6th floor and could be reached by elevator. There was a store in the immediate vicinity and you were right in the city. There was also a fire station right next door but we didn't hear anything from it during our entire stay. The parking lot was a bit hidden but easy to find thanks to Christian's directions. The apartment itself was very tidy. In the largest room, the living room, apartments of the neighboring houses could see in due to missing curtains. Christian was immediately available for any questions and we had a good stay.

Very nice quiet apartment located close to the water. The apartment was well equipped. Great bathroom. Somewhat remote, therefore best accessible only by car. Cozy terrace. In case of problems, the landlord is very helpful. Apartment highly recommended. We recovered well.

We enjoyed our time here! Brit is a welcoming and caring host, communication was very smooth. The accommodation is very well equipped, furnished and decorated with care. Sand is a peaceful corner and the view from the deck is amazing. We strongly recommend! Aymeric & Emilie

The apartment is located in a very nice new building district just outside the city. It has a high standard of equipment, even with a fully automatic coffee machine. A rarity in Norway! Directly by the sea. From the garage with charging facilities, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment. Great terrace. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes by bus.

Very nice apartment, superbly equipped and well maintained and everything you need. The view from the apartment and from the garden is very nice. The center of Stavanger can be easily reached by bus, which is within walking distance (5min). For three people (2 adults, 1 child) the apartment is almost a little too small. but we would definitely come back, felt very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay with Anders and Torhild. The apartment is fully equipped, looks beautiful and has a beautiful location. Close to a bay where you can swim, paddle, hike and sail. Anders and Torhild were very friendly. Really a place to go back to again. And then for a longer period.

We loved our stay! We felt home directly, the host were so friendly and helpful. The view is stunning and we enjoyed great weather in the little garden and on the terrace. Also the hike nearby that our host helped us with was very special. We could have stayed longer easily. Very calm, easy to walk to the water and great to find peace!

Bjorn Harry was very welcoming. We appreciated the welcome basket and special touches. This was a great place to relax after our Norwegian adventure. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Easy walk to a beautiful beach.

The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures and we were warmly welcomed. Odd Bjarne is very friendly and accommodating, we got along very well and got many tips for activities and hikes. The contact was uncomplicated and he responded quickly when we had questions. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect house for a three generation family of 12. Lovely garden with very popular trampoline. Close to Stavanger centre with Godalen bathing area within walking distance. Merete always responded quickly to any queries

Compact 3 story place in a great location.

We had a wonderful week in Skjold. The view from the living room is truly unique. The accommodation is even better than it looks in the pictures.

We have stayed with Olaug before and were very pleased, so it was easy to choose to stay here again when we were going to Tysvær again. Nice host, nice house, beautiful surroundings. We had a great time there😊. Thank you for having us again. Suddenly comes back 😊🌸

This was fabulous and unique place to stay in a peaceful location. It had everything we needed and the beds and bed linens were so comfortable. John was responsive & friendly and gave us very useful information about local amenities. It was lovely to hear about his family history of the building and the furnishings. This place is what airbnb is all about.

It was very nice experience, the house looks the same as pictures and the description. The landlord is very good and they respond quickly. The area is nice and close to everything that you need in nature.

We were very happy with our stay! Very modern, cozy, with a beautiful panorama of the city. Everything you needed was available. The apartment is perfectly pampered, even coffee beans in a jar on the fridge, everything prepared with taste and care! Kitchen equipped for a comfortable stay, even shower gels available - like in a hotel! As soon as we are in this area, we will certainly use it again. We recommend it 100%

What an incredible stay. Just outside the city. Morning coffee with the sheep and the rolling waves. Hosts were lovely, highly recommend.

Highly recommended for hikers and people with sensitive sleep! The beds are rather hard, the bedrooms can be darkened well and it is quiet. The location is great both for starting various hiking trails and the view from the terrace. The two are currently building a great piece of jewelry! Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The cat who lives with the two is a cuddly treasure and the dog is a very sweet one. Maren and Martin are friendly and open but not intrusive. The contact with them was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

The house itself is clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly friendly and positive, providing lots of useful information about local sights 🖤.
