In addition, the annex has 2 bedrooms. 2-3 sleeping places for the smallest in the loft. New bathroom in 2021. Spacious terrace/plot facing west. All amenities together with the whole family in this peaceful residence. There is plenty of space for two families in this cabin. The cabin is located about 300m down to the lake. About 30 min drive to Jørpeland, and short driving distance 25 min to Prekestolen.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.
