Seen, fussläufig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freitag Wochenmarkt. Biergärten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Du wirst meine schöne Unterkunft lieben die Lage, grüne Umgebung, schöne ruhige Atmosphäre.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the beautiful south of Munich, you will find this studio in the district of Deisenhofen. Surrounded by green open spaces, you are 20 minutes by car via highway to the center. Within walking distance (10 min) there is the S-Bahn & regional train and (via e.g. Hacker Bridge / Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Central Station). The apartment has a kitchen, double box spring bed, bathroom, optional sauna (surcharge), Wi-Fi, smart TV, workstation / table.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We offer here our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2km from the center. Great public transport links. Nearest underground and suburban train station is 200 m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Close to shopping. The apartment is on the ground floor with orientation to the backyard and is therefore very quiet. High-quality, well-equipped furnishings. Wi-Fi available.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

A quiet studio under the roof of a listed 1889 building, right in the middle of Westend — arguably Munich's most alive neighbourhood — and still calm enough to sleep with the window open. Two minutes to the U4/U5, four minutes to the Theresienwiese. Made for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping in the noise. Worth knowing up front: fourth floor, no lift. In return you get a separate toilet.
