Comfortable, large family home. Quiet neighbourhood, very close to town 10-15 min walk. Mountain bike out the door to great tracks or walk if that's more your thing. Loads of off street parking. Garage also available for bikes or boat. Consideration is required with noise especially after 10pm as we like our neighbours!
