Family-friendly holiday rentals in Tavernier

This is our second time staying at Ron and Irma's place and we'll continue to go back! The condo is spacious, clean, modern and in a convenient location. Ron and Irma made sure to include absolutely everything you may need during your stay– down to the pots and pans. My family and I love staying here, and we highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice. There are a lot of activities nearby ranging from kayaking, to snorkeling, to boating. The pool in the complex was great! We would definitely stay there again.

This place was incredible and I did not want to leave! We cooked every single day in this glorious kitchen and the only complaints are miniscule... like how I kept opening the wrong drawer for the silverware and access to the refrigerator is a bit difficult. The kitchen itself; pots and pans, dishes, knives, the sink and faucet- was all awesome! (Had to hunt for the hidden drawer above the trash cans to find the good knives, FYI!) We all slept so well. The couch, beds and bedding are very comfortable and all the decor is so lovely. Parking, leaving, and returning was so easy and convenient. When I did have a question, I texted Carolina and she responded immediately. Looking out at the view of the water was so nice and relaxing. Best AirBnB I've ever stayed in, hands down!

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a nice complex. Love the pickleball courts. Condo is conveniently located for exploring the Keys with plenty of services nearby. Host’s managers are friendly and responsive. Strongly recommended

The condo was exactly as described. It was the perfect location, peaceful and clean!They gave great recommendations for restaurants with beautiful sunsets.

We had a nice stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are 3 levels and another outdoor staircase to get up on to the rooftop area. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. The grounds and the pools at the resort were great. We spent most of the days outside. The condo is located in a busy area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There are some basic supplies like small shampoo bottles and some spices for cooking but you will need to bring or buy your own. There are plenty of dishes and cookware between the 2 kitchens but no plastic cups to take outside.

Everything was as expected from the description and the pictures. Comfy beds. TVs are older and not many apps available to stream other than Netflix. Overall it was a great location and we had a great time. The poolside restaurant is open now so that was a bonus I wasn’t expecting after reading the previous reviews.

The Mariners Club was an excellent stay, Fernando’s property was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. The surrounding grounds, pools, marina and beach area were the best. Fernando was very responsive and informative making our check in and stay process work flawlessly, most appreciated, will stay again in the future, thanks for making our quick vacation a banner stay, all the best

This was our first time staying in a tiny home and found it to be very functional. The outdoor area along the water was outstanding and so relaxing. It was a great location to everything and we enjoyed sleeping well in the piece and quiet .

This Islamorada property is accurately represented on Airbnb. It is an old-school beach house with somewhat dated and kitschy decor that looks out on a gorgeous view of the gulf. Unfortunately there was construction on the neighbor’s dock that interfered with our enjoyment of that view early in our trip but we came to an agreement with the property manager that was fair. Potential renters who have mobility issues should be aware that the stairway to the 2nd-story living quarters is quite steep, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Only other possible issue for some: the beds are very, very firm. But wow, that view is spectacular, and we would happily return in the future… after confirming that there’s no additional construction next-door.

We really enjoyed our stay with Key Lime sailing club! We especially appreciated the easy access to water activities and created life long memories kayaking in the beautiful surroundings. The hosts are kind, helpful and made our stay more memorable!

The photos do not do this place justice. We spent all of our time outside and had a magnificent week. We saw dolphins, sharks, manatees and so much more! From the pier in front of our house. Our kids took advantage of fishing from there and caught several different species. Our girls loved the paddle boards provided. They even had a dolphin swim right up to them! We had the best week in Bayhouse!

Marlens place is a great place to stay. She is so helpful and responsive if you need anything. She’s just such a great host. Highly recommended. Thank you Marlen.

Fully enjoyed staying on this tiny house on the water. Bed was comfy, loved the upper and lower deck and access to the Dive Bar and the food truck meant we could kick back and relax and not need to go anywhere. Local musicians at night and corn hole and a fire pit rounded out the experience. Loved our quick stay!

Great place to stay with the family. Nice and clean with a pool and view! Near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping! 100% recommended!

Jose was an amazing host! His son was super helpful with local recommendations, also. Very easy and quick to reply. The condo was super clean (I'm very picky) and had everything that we needed to be comfortable and "at home." They even had a book on what to do in the Florida Keys- we did many activities listed in the book. The condo location was close to everything we did- snorkeling, deep sea fishing, restaurants etc. The lagoon was SO AWESOME! The fish would swim around the kids! The parrot fish were beautiful. The kids had so much fun! We also watched the iguanas climbing the trees. One would sleep on the top of the palm tree outside of our 5th floor balcony! The view of the sunsets are phenomenal. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Diana’s place. We loved being able to use the available kayaks and fishing gear! Diana was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations. Moon bay was the perfect choice for our family of 5! Thanks Diana

We had a great time in the RV. It was spacious and clean. Check in was a little confusing with the Kampground office - but it was resolved quickly. The kids loved the pool and the location was great. We could go north or south easily! We also enjoyed All Hanns on Deck for a charter fishing trip. Good times had by all.

Lucia’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location in one of the most beautiful areas of the country. I highly recommend walking down to the marina and taking a siesta under one of the cabanas facing the bay. The other thing I appreciated about Lucia’s place was the simplicity of the close out. An excellent choice I highly recommend to all.

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

We were looking for a larger stay in the keys, and Jose’s home fit the bill perfectly. It was spacious, spread over only 2 floors (vs 3 floors for most properties in Kawama). The top floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is recently remodeled (incl. the kitchen and the bathrooms). The lower floor is slightly less new but still in good shape. It has the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. Provided were a club car for our use, 2 kayaks, bikes, towels, snorkeling gear… great for spending time in the lagoon (which is essentially an enclosed salt water pool). Overall great stay in Key Largo. Thank you Jose!

Dean’s condo was exactly as pictured. The complex was beautiful and very well maintained. We loved having a few restaurants to walk to as well. Can’t wait to come back.
