Eventho the house is shoplot at 1st floor, I feel like a condominium. The house is very clean, fully furnished house + kitchen eg. big refrigerator, rice cooker, plates, knife wok etc. additionally, we wash them with Tahara Soap before use, just in case. Got washing machine + dryer, iron, towel, shampoo & soap, tv. 3+1 rooms which 1 room at 2nd floor, aircon is in all rooms and living area, 2 bathroom at kitchen. Pet is not allowed in the house, suitable for muslims, but have CCTV in living area. The location is opposite to Institute of Science & Management, 8 minutes walk to Kim Ling Seafood Restaurant, walkable grocery store, few restaurant, massage center. If you want to go Tawau Town, got Grab Car service for only MYR7/trip. Madam is very friendly and responsive, we communicate via call/whatsap. Thank you for the nice house.
