Cozy 40m² apartment in the beautiful district of St.Georgen, 5662, Weberweg 7: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dining and living area and pull-out sofa, balcony & wood stove. Ski areas, toboggan runs, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Really turn it off and relax? You're in the right place in times like this in our alpine hut with outdoor sauna! Absolute seclusion and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend pleasant days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including a tutorial book. Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 persons. Electricity + water available.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our cozy apartment is located in the heart of Fusch on Glocknerstraße surrounded by a magnificent mountain backdrop. It is located in a beautiful newly renovated farmhouse on the 2nd floor. The apartment offers about 70 m² of living space and is ideal for 2-5 people. It has a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a beautiful roof terrace with about 16 m². Enjoy the tranquility after a day of adventuring.

House Gold - the alpine hideaway

We are located in the Hohen Tauern, at the Grossglockner high alpine road in the calm village Fusch. Surrounded by nature but in 10 minutes in the centre of Zell am See or the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Several hikings or bike tours start directly at the house or can be reached with a short cardrive. A lot of nature surrounded by the mountains of the Fuscher valley - arrive, take a deep breath and start your holidays!

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
