Small apartment, close to everything.

Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on the beautiful Rock River, this little cabin has all new interior and exterior. The 2 room studio is about 700 sq feet boasting a Murphy Queen bed and futon bed that converts to a twin/double. Everything has been updated with new appliances and washer and dryer. Beautiful walk in shower. Bay window facing the south overlooking the Rock River. 2 brand new decks, and you're only 1 block from the John Deere Golf Course
