The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and well laid out…and it was our first proper “enclosed” shower since arriving in Morocco. The furnishings were how one imagines they would be in a Dar or Riad, very authentic. The only suggestion would be to install more hooks for bath towels; we were 4 persons and there were only two hooks.

Jawad was very welcoming, he is very attentive and gives good advice on the region and shares his good addresses. The accommodation absolutely matches all the criteria described on the rental profile. The accommodation is well-equipped, very clean and meets all the needs for a pleasant stay. Saad's place is modern and chic! The view on the harbour and rocks of El Jebha is beautiful! You stand on the balcony and watch the fishermen and boats! Both the coast and the mountains are worth a visit! That was extremely helpful and always available! He took good care of us and gave recommendations for the area. Although the apartment is quite audible, we slept super well! We were able to park easily and ate very tasty fish and watch the sunset from the rock!

A superb stay in a beautiful duplex! The place is even nicer than the pictures. The design is really neat, modern and warm at the same time – every detail is thought out with taste. It immediately felt good. The space is well arranged, bright and very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

the apartment was clean and secure 4th with elevator. the environment is quiet with beautiful views of the corniche possible to walk there. the known beaches as well as the port are barely 8 minutes drive. the marina is worth it and the beautiful matadero beach. i didn't regret visiting the beautiful city of Hoceima. host is always available i recommend it

Adil was awesome we arrived at 2 am to the Airbnb and had trouble entering the front green gate but even though I called him super late at night he responded and was super helpful to help us in. Someone even came to assist with our luggage and taking it up to the apartment. The apartment was pristine and I would highly recommend to stay here!

Hello 👋🏻 A brief review of my stay The terrace is beautiful, it is very well located in a quiet neighborhood, you can park easily. Nawel and very responsive. I had trouble locating myself with the GPS point. His brother came to pick me up, they are very nice families. I recommend it, I'll be back 👌 بارك الله فيك

We loved our stay at Naima's apartment. Very spacious, clean, and just as described. Naima was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location was great, in a nice area, surrounded by great restaurants, and within walkable distance to mosques and Burj Fes Mall. The only slight inconvenience was that it took about ~3-5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. However, Naima had informed us about that before we arrived so five stars for communication. Overall, we loved our stay, definitely recommend Naima's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).
