Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of little touches. We had great discussions with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay there, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we ate during our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thank you again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

We loved our stay at Driss’s property, perfect for our group! 🤩 & would 100% be back! Driss cooked us an evening meal which was delicious, we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

I had a wonderful time in Moulay Yacoub! The accommodation was very clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a visit to the beautiful thermal baths. The massage in the thermal baths was a real highlight - soothing and very professional! A big thank you to the host Driss and his dear mom - both were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. I felt immediately welcome. I would love to come back and can only highly recommend the stay!

Highly recommended. This was my second stay at the apartment. As before, the communication with Hassan was perfect. He responds quickly and is ready with any help needed. Hassan met me and guided me to the apartment. Bernard showed me nearby restaurants and sights on a map. The apartment is large, peaceful and beautifully decorated, with a good kitchen, an excellent shower and a lovely private terrace- a good place to unwind after a busy day. A great base from which to explore this incredible city.

Lovely apartment and great hostess. Would recommend. I felt at home. Very bright and well equipped. Malika was always available and helpful. Even provided us with cabbage and bread. Something not always to be found. she has done her best to make us feel comfortable. Thank you Malika.

Wonderful location. Many facilities for the reception in a city as peculiar as the medina of Fez. Very good, Sean and Hanae. If we return to Fez, we will return to this house.

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

Amazing stay and location!

We really had a great time in this beautiful home! The house is much more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The children very much enjoyed the pool. The food you can order is delicious and the hostess and host are incredibly sweet people. Thank you for everything!

It was a pleasure meeting the host. The location is quite impressive, but requires good knees for the many steep steps uphill. The roof terrace is a treat, overlooking part of the blue medina.

The location of Aïcha's house is perfect. You are in the heart of the medina but in a quiet place to sleep. Note that a minaret is very close but we were not disturbed. I would like to point out that the accommodation has a lot of very steep stairs and at the end of the day it is not easy. We chose the breakfasts and we were delighted. In addition, Aïcha took care of getting us a porter on arrival and return. She also managed the taxi from the airport. Only small problem, Aicha we organized a visit with an official guide of the medina, but he never came. Not a big deal in itself. In short, we had a lovely stay.

A great villa located in the countryside of Fez. Very spacious with a pool. Gatekeeper was very welcoming, helpful and hospitable making us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend for family and friends.

Ahmed was a great host, proactive and helpful with information and his place was a great starting point to get lost in the myriad of streets of Fes 🤗

We went 3 families and we had the entire house to ourselves. Phenomenal located, in a quiet area, within the Medina but close to the access area. We have dinner one night at home, traditional food (soup and cuscus) cooked there by the lady who takes care of the house. Homemade breakfast also very good. Everything clean and the team that takes care of the house very friendly and attentive to our needs. We will recommend it!
