A beautiful place and a wonderful treatment from everyone! At all times they made us feel at home, 100% recommended for a pleasant and unforgettable experience!

This was a good place to stay for travelers coming for a short visit. We had one evening here and it worked out well for us. It is a bit removed from the center of town which was a nice separation but close enough to walk into it. The location was also great for us as it's across the street from the bus station and we had to catch a very early bus the next day. The only thing I would say is that our shower ran out of hot water after one go. I'm sure if we had more time there, they could've fixed it for us but we had a very strict traveling schedule that kept us going from city to city. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who is in a similar boat as us.

We stayed in this beautiful riad for two days. perfectly located in walking distance to the medina. Ali provided everything we needed and was very helpful with the planning of our following trip. the communication via whatsapp with him was easy and quick. don't miss your chance of staying in this authentic riad!!!

Terrific! The riad is very beautiful, the location hard to beat, all over a superb place. The biggest asset though is the staff, Mohammed and Said! They will do everything to make it an outstanding experience! Also the Lady who is in charge of housekeeping, she does a perfect job!! Maybe the best riad we stayed at on our 3 week road trip in Morocco! The place is exactly or even better than described in the listing. Thank you!!!

Excellent Riad , off-center from the busy tourist areas, but in fact totally authentic in the heart of the largest medina in the world . Excellent welcome and special attention to guests. I would recommend a place.

One of the best Airbnb during my travels. The riad is beautiful with a very ideal location for navigating and exploring the Medina. My stay was made extra special by the hospitality of Yousef and Issa, both are very kind and attentive. E

Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazing. I expected a smaller room with a smaller, less convenient bathroom because we were staying in the walls of the Medina (looking at many reviews of many places that seemed to be the norm). We got a large, clean, beautiful room. Our private bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Our first night we were the only guests so we had plenty of hot water. There was less hot water on our last morning as there were more guests that day. Breakfast was filling and delicious with a spectacular view of the sunrise on the terrace. I would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting Chefchaouen!

We spent in 4 days in the Riad. We were contacted before our arrival to choose a time. Very good hearty breakfast Well placed in the medina Very close to the blue door to get out We were able to leave our luggage on the day of our departure to enjoy our last lighter day. Thank you

Extremely welcoming host. The Riad is beautiful, with an extremely nice cool pool when it's 45°C, peaceful, a solarium with a view of the Medina (very close). Breakfasts can be taken at any time of the morning and they are very hearty. A real gift! All at the best price. Things that could be improved: bedding comfort and hair dryer, really secondary given all the positives of the riad! Thanks again.

It is a nice and safe place to stay, both for adults and kids. The property and rooms, swimming pool, etc, were as beautiful as in the pictures or even better. The locals taking care of the property were very friendly and polite. The service was comparable to even hotel service (e.g. possibility to order food based on the fixed list and prices, quality of dinners and breakfasts, etc.). If someone likes to explore the surroundings, while walking and hiking, then there is a small local village uphill and nice views around it.

What impressed me most was the staff working there. The team just helped me a lot in local tips, CTM booking and fes introduction. They are all friendly, professional and communicative. My stay there was so warm by people’s hospitality in Palais Houyam.

Very pleasant stay! The food offered by our host was excellent. Our hosts are very welcoming and gave us good recommendations. The surroundings are peaceful and the walk in the olive grove is not to be missed.

Wow, a beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina, just off one of the main roads in the Medina which made it very easy to get around without getting lost. The staff were very attentive and provided great service. For dinner one night we had a couscous chicken tagine which was delicious. A little expensive, but delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The room is located inside the medina, but close to the front door, so it is also easily accessible with luggage. Rooftop catino, great area, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended!

It was really very nicely decorated! and immediately invited you to feel at home. Everything was clean and the location was ideal to discover the rest of the city.

Our stay with Aziza was wonderful, the staff at the Riad was outstanding. Though we did not speak French or Arabic, the staff always made sure we had all our needs met. The breakfast was very good and overall the location was great as it is next to a gate should you choose to avoid walking through the Medina.

Excellent service from Ismail, all the time pending, super friendly, helpful and excellent treatment, we were two friends and the whole time she was very attentive and helped us a lot! Thank you, Ismail!

Staying at omer's place was a nice experience. Everything was as explained. Highly recommended place. Just need to update the advertisement that for 4 persons you need to book 2 Rooms.
