Apartment holiday rentals in Tbilisi

I loved this cute and cozy apartment! Location is excellent, so close to everything/ walking distance or easy to get a metro or a taxi. Even though it’s very central the apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. I had excellent sleep there. It’s had everything you need for a stay. I spent 2 weeks there and were very happy with it. I’ll miss this place ! Thank you Iryna!

Die Wohnung ist einen wirklich guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super. Guter Standort, das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde mich wieder für Tamar‘s Air BnB entscheiden! Vielen dank

I stayed at Paul’s place for 3 weeks. The location is absolutely fantastic - everything you need is within walking distance including shopping mall, Carrefour, coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The apartment is comfortable, though it does have some quirks typical of older buildings. There’s a smell in the bathroom when it’s warm outside, and the floor feels slanted due to how the renovation was done. You get a constant feeling of sliding toward one wall, and chair kept trying to roll in that direction, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, if you don’t like coworkings and prefer working from home, the wooden desk is amazing and makes for a great workspace. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay with an unbeatable location!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby. Thanks Maria and Rezi!

From the easy check in process, the great unit, and his help when there was a problem on our end, it was such a great stay :) the apartment is also in a great location, very central without being in a touristy/busy area at all! Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

Sehr geräumige gut gelegene Unterkunft, von der aus mit sehr preisgünstigen Taxis alle Orte in Tiflis einfach zu erreichen sind. Zu beachten ist, dass Taxifahrer uns mehrere Male trotz Angabe der richtigen Adresse des Airbnb an anderen Stellen des Viertels absetzen wollten. Hier sollte man unter Verweis auf eine Maps-App auf den richtigen Ort hinweisen.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation war blitzschnell und immer freundlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank an Mari. Hoffentlich bis bald!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi ve rahattı. Evin konumu da güzel sakin bir yerde. Yatakları ise çok rahattı tekrar o yatakta yatmak için tiflise gidilebilir 😂 en ufak bir konuda dahi merakımı gidermek için çok kısa sürede cana yakın içten bir şekilde cevap verdi. Ve bir o kadar da esprili bir ev sahibi. Kısacası sorunsuz ve çok güzel bir Airbnb deneyimiydi. Teşekkürler Sophio 🙏🏼

We stayed on the Arsena's house for one week and it was incredible experience. We planned our vacation with a kid (10 Months), so we have to pre arrange many different things before we come to the apartment. The apartment has very good location and is very clean. To be honest, in real life it looks much better than in the photos. The quality of the furniture is excellent, also it was super clean, so even our 10 month clild can't find the garbage there. Arsena is very nice house owner, he replied very fast on the messages, so there was no problems in the communication. Also we asked him to organise a baby feeding chair for us, and we got it immediately.

This is an absolutely perfect Airbnb. The place is quiet, spotlessly clean, warm, well renovated and peaceful. The host is very responsive and the area is picturesque. My stay was very relaxing. I will be returning the next time I’m in town. Thank you so much for all of your kindness and hospitality!

Квартира подарила нам прекрасные ощущения. Очень понравился дизайн, есть все необходимое. Прекрасные виды на парк и горы. Наш пёс был в восторге от балкона и прекрасного парка. Резо всегда на связи и оперативно реагировал на любой запрос. Пробки на дороге вообще не проблема. Такси в любую точку города стоит адекватных денег. Рекомендую!

Проживали в данной квартире с 20 по 22 сентября. Хотелось бы отметить внимательность к мелочам данного хозяина: все необходимые бытовые, и не только, вещи, что создают комфорт и уют.(оригинальные москитные сетки, туалетные принадлежности) Вежливая и добродушная хозяйка. Встретила раньше времени.

Wundervolle Aussicht, sehr gemütliche und moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung, super nettes Personal und im Tower findet man außerdem eine sehr gute Sauna, Dampfbad und Fitnessstudio Außerdem ist der Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit gewesen und hat und bei jedem einzigen Problem, welches wir hatten sehr schnell geholfen 🤝

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days
