Нам очень понравилось жилье! Отличное место: рынок со свежими продуктами, мног супермаркетов и ресторанов! До старого города на такси, но такси стоит очень дешевл и мы везде перемещались на такси!!! Отличное жилье!!!

Great place to stay in Tbilisi. Close to all attractions, supermarkets. Internet is great for work. Comfortable bed. Equipped kitchen. Personal key for elevator which is great cause you don't need to worry about having coins. Great view from the window but trees in summer block some of it) In winter I suppose the view is much more better. Kakha is always available online. Totally recommended!

This is an absolutely lovely apartment, in the heart of a vibrant and exciting part of Tbilisi which comes alive at night. Having a balcony to relax on is perfect. The host is fantastic - quick replies, perfect communication, clear instructions, and so welcoming. I would love to stay here again, and would recommend this apartment (and Tbilisi) to everyone. Самый лучший район Тбилиси! Отличное расположение, пешеходная улица, дети были в восторге. Прекрасная веранда. Рядом 3 парка и десятки разных ресторанов. 500 м есть отличный фудкорт Bazari. Подземная парковка за 15 лари. Вообщем 10 из 10 возможных!

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. The host was very kind and helpful — they responded quickly and gave me great recommendations for Tbilisi. I really appreciated their hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place to others. Потрясающее место с невероятным видом на весь Тбилиси. Чисто, уютно и просторно. Самые лучше впечатления. Необходимо подниматься в гору и по лестнице минут 10, чтобы дойти до квартиры. Но это того стоит. Мы получили самые лучшие впечатления от этого места. Отдельное спасибо за помощь хозяина квартиры во всем. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Лучший отдых в Тбилиси. И самая красивая квартира.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Wonderful place. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to old town. Clean place. Lot of space.

David was a wonderful host; he was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing, it was well equipped for our month-long stay, and when we did have a small maintenance issue upon arrival, David had it taken care of right away. highly recommend him as a host as would choose his apartment again any time I am in Tbilisi.
