This light filled little house on our property has a lovely lounge dining area, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a beautiful bathroom. The bungalow is also surrounded by a lovely garden. “The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Hunter Valley Tiny Home - Relaxing Country Retreat

Find us in the Hunter Valley Wine country on 50 stunning acres! Extremely private home property, we welcome you to relax in our very big beautiful backyard amongst the mountains! Hawks Nest Forest House with a pool

This 3 bed, 2 bath family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Also has a seperate flat for extra cost. Lie in bed and look out at the trees, listen to the birds and hear the koalas at night. This pet friendly home is close to the river and backs onto a lovely forest with walking trail. It has an in ground swimming pool and a deck overlooking the forest. Off street parking. Weekends - Fri 2pm to Sun 4pm when possible. Weekly bookings preferred in summer holidays.

Inala Wilderness Retreat

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Private Hawks Nest oasis, close to both beaches

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property.
